In Skolar, a course is the operational unit where subject, teacher, class, criteria, schedules, periods, and students come together.

Recommended setup order#

1. Create the course on the correct class and subject.
2. Assign the responsible teacher.
3. Define general grading criteria.
4. Add the schedule.
5. Create evaluation periods.
6. Confirm student enrollment alignment.

Common issue#

The teacher cannot operate the course correctly#

The most common blockers are missing general criteria, missing schedule, or missing evaluation periods.
