What administrators can do

  • review the incident history
  • edit category, severity, summary, or action taken
  • delete records that were clearly created by mistake

  1. Review the general history.
  2. Confirm student, teacher, and date.
  3. Edit only what is needed to preserve clean follow-up.
  4. Use deletion only for true capture errors.
