Student record and lifecycle

The student profile acts as an operations hub in Skolar. From there, administrators can review identity, enrollments, balances, grade cards, guardians, incidents, comments, and integrations such as Google Classroom or G Suite.

What you can do from the student record#

• review and edit personal information
• inspect active and historical enrollments
• review debt and pending balance
• inspect cached grade cards and grades
• review current courses
• manage guardians and billing ownership
• review discipline incidents
• leave internal comments
• inspect workstream activity

Common issue#

The student does not show schedule or current courses#

Review whether the student actually has an active enrollment and whether the current school class already has courses configured.
