Email communication for guardians

Skolar sends multiple emails to student’s guardians in order to keep them updated on school happenings. This is a list of emails being sent to Skolar.

• Discipline incidents
• Grade cards
• Newsletters
• Enrollments
• Payment receipts
• Late payment reminders when grade cards are sent
• Poor academic performance when student fails the minimum limit of subjects configured in Skolar
• Student class activity summaries (requires Google Classroom to be activated in Skolar configuration)
