The teacher discipline module is used to record incidents involving students and keep operational evidence of what happened in class.

Recommended workflow#

1. Select the correct student.
2. Choose the best matching category.
3. Apply severity consistently.
4. Write a concrete summary.
5. Record the action taken.
6. Review the history to confirm the incident is clear.

Common issue#

The record is too vague to be useful#

Edit it as soon as possible so administration does not work with ambiguous information.
